SECONDARY 2 SEMESTRAL 2 ASSESSMENT FOLLOW UP ACTION

6th October 2008 Catch hold of students before commencement of paper to ask them to submit anything that they have done be it the drawing only or incomplete papercut etc. by the next day 7th October 2008. Warn them about the consequences of not having any marks for SA2 (heavy weighting). You can decide on the time and method of collection. Continue this til 8th October 2008. Either go to class to look for them or see the Art Reps to relay message or inform them to see you after paper ends • • • • • •

**2C 100% submission so no need to catch hold of rep LAST RESORT is to see them on 10th October 2008 after their last paper and sit them down to complete an A4 papercut, a design of our choice. (give them an hour half) but don’t tell them this first til 8th Oct. Tell them attendance is compulsory or it will be considered as truancy. 2) KEYING OF MARKS

Will go back this Saturday 11th tosort out all the marks for all sec 2 including your classes and mine. You work out all the Sec 1 marks. I will get Elaine to help us log into the system so that you may key in the data after marks are checked by the students. Collect back all artworks after checking. (Prevent any possible amendment of marks from students til they are keyed in)

3) ROOM KEY Your artroom will be used on the 16th as a waiting room for students undertaking the O level Science Practical. Should Marianne askedfor it, you just let them have it or open the room for them. Should they need more chairs, they can grab it from my artroom. LAST BUT NOT LEAST THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
