Dear friend, I write to introduce to you our Christian ministry. In the year 2004 we started a program that serves the children orphaned by Aids (COBA) as well as those children affected by Aids (CABA) who live in the Nairobi slums. There are an estimated 1500 000 Aids-orphaned children residing in Kenya. We would like to assist some of these children through our ministry called God Will Make A Way Humanitarian Ministries (GWMAW).I coordinate this ministry. God Will Make A Way runs a child sponsorship program in which children are cared for by community based care givers. We do not run an orphanage because it is far more expensive. The ministry provides initial crucial support to poor care-givers to enable them become self supporting in care-giving. This support l includes direct relief to care givers by way of product and cash donations. We also run a community volunteer program. We are looking for funds to enable us run a revolving microloan program to enable caregivers to start income generating activities to support themselves. Our target for this year is to support 50 care giver families providing support to at least 4 CABA/COBA each, or a total of 200 children. Our child sponsorship program costs 15 dollars per child per month including an administrative charge of 15 percent. We require your support to make this work successful. You can support us financially or by donating products to give to the children. But, most importantly, we need your prayer support. Prayers will give us the power that we need to grow God Will Make A Way Humanitarian Ministries and to serve the poor children affected. Without prayers, nothing can happen. As Christians we believe that we can count on you for this prayer support that is very important to the success of the ministry. We want to thank you in advance for providing this and please be assured that we are most grateful for getting this support. We also want to invite you to partner with God Will Make A Way in helping minister to material needs of these children. You can help by sending donations to enable us purchase products such as clothing, blankets and toys or you can help by financially adopting a child. For 15 dollars a month you will help to provide a poor child orphaned or affected by Aids with food, clothing, shelter and education. But above all you will enable the child to be cared for by a committed Christian family who will bring up the child in a Godly manner. This is a good way to expand the Kingdom of God by sharing His love with the hurting. By spreading His love in this way you will be nurturing life for the children who would otherwise be abandoned and end up on the urban streets.

To sum, we prayerfully request your partnership in this ministry by: Praying for the ministry. Pray that the ministry will be effective in meeting the spiritual needs of the orphaned and affected children as well as their care-givers. Consider sponsoring one or more children at the rate of 15 dollars a child a month for a period of 3 years. We encourage care-givers to aim at becoming self-supporting in 3 years time. Giving a one time large gift that can be capitalized to run a microloan and micro-grant scheme to support the care-givers. You can help to purchase products such as used clothing, shoes, blankets and other households to assist the children, care-giver families and community volunteers. May the Lord bless and encourage you as you prayerfully seek His direction on how to partner with God Will Make A Way Humanitarian Ministries. Yours faithfully, Jackson Ukiru Inima God Will Make A Way Humanitarian Ministries
