Guidelines for the Recognition Program      

Advisers should submit the list of awardees for honour students to the grade level head on or before March 21, 2019. Clubs coordinators will submit their list of awardees to the awards committee. Practice for recognition will be conducted a week before the program. All advisers are required to attend all practices for the recognition. All advisers are required to assist the giving of certificates to the awardees. Picture taking will not be allowed on the stage while the program is ongoing. A place will be assigned for picture taking.
