GROUP PROJECT (Industry and Competitive Analysis) ASSIGNMENT . This assignment is intended to more fully develop your idea for a product or service by explaining more fully how this product or service will have a competitive advantage in the marketplace in which it will compete. The concern of this assignment is to focus on the means by which you will be able to obtain a foothold in the marketplace by overcoming the competitive reactions of those who are already in the market. Switching cost of your supplier’s products 4) Bargaining power of consumers: Are your firm’s consumers powerful? a. The number of consumers b. Do your buyers face few switching costs? c. Are your products differentiated? 5) The threat of substitute products: a. The number of product’s substitute of your products b. How loyal are your customers?
