1. Introduction Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! 

Presentation Purpose: briefly introduce the eLC user guide



What we are going to tell you 1) the eLC; 2) procedures of software setup & access eLC in office and at home; 3) features of eLC; 4) IT support & give feedback



What we have told you 1) about the eLC user guide content; 2) you should know how to setup eLC and how to access eLC within the office network and from Internet 3) features of eLC; 4) where to get IT support and give feedback

2. What is e-Learning Centre (eLC)? 

It is an online self-learning facility named eLC through six modules 

to offer one-stop access, no face-to-face interaction online training courses



some are job-oriented & interest-related



To foster a continuous learning culture



accelerate the learning and development of staff



enhance your knowledge and skills



let you to enjoy self-paced online learning at anytime and anywhere

b) Access via Intranet within office 3.4 eLC will be automatically mounted for you with unique user ID and password. Follow the steps (3.4.1 – 3.4.4) (Figure 3.4)
