GROUP DYNAMICS
INTRODUCTION
The social process by which people interact face to face in small groups is called Group Dynamics. It focuses on teamwork wherein small groups are constantly in contact with each other and share common ideas to accomplish given tasks. Every group chooses its leader ( informal one ) who may effectively coordinate the group efforts towards the accomplishment of its objectives.
NATURE OF GROUPS In
order to be called a group, the following conditions must be satisfied: 1)People must interact with one another. 2)People must be psychologically aware of one another. 3)People should perceive themselves as a group.
