Equality Campaign Graphic Organizer – Grading Rubric Scoring Guide Students chose one (1) topic from the current “Our Work” page of The Leadership Council on Civil and Human Rights. Maximum Score 1 Students identified three (3) separate issues facing their topic. Issues wouldn’t be considered the same issue. You will receive only one (1) point per issue, if there is crossover you will not receive a point for each the 2nd crossover issue. Maximum Score 3 Students identified a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of three (3) solutions for each issue. Maximum Score 3 Students defined whether all of the solutions listed could be solved through legislation by explaining why or why not. Maximum Score 3 Students identified the best courses of action for each solution dependent on their legislation determination. Maximum Score 3 The Cluster Map is clean and organized in a way that makes sense. Grammar and spelling are correct. Maximum Score 2 Groups demonstrated an ability to think through problems and critically think to identify road blocks and appropriate solutions. Maximum Score 5
