The Chairman reported that since the last meeting) ~ was invested with Wright Investors in its international equities product. The Chairman advised that these funds were transferred from the Fund's Morgan Stanley account. Thereafter, upon motion duty made by Mr. Palladino, seconded by Mr. Cipullo \C> ~\\ and carried unanimously) the Trustees ratified the action taken to invest $~OOO with Wright Investors in its international equities product.

VIII. NEXT MEETING & ADJOURNMENT The next meeting was scheduled for December 13,2007 at 10:00 a.m. There being no further business to come before the Trustees, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the meeting was duly adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
