Compensation Plan "Your Income starts as a FREE member!" The gibLink Compensation Plan gives you the ability to earn an income and leverages your work by paying you out to 4 levels of connections. 3
By upgrading to a Director, for less than $1.67/day, you will earn Double Direct Commissions PLUS points into the gibPoints Monthly Bonus Pool. You not only earn money on your efforts but the efforts of the entire community and earn on the total growth of the company.

The free Associate Member can earn a one-time 10% commission on any sales they make. A Director earns double (20%) commission on any sales they make PLUS up to 10% on any sales made all the way out to 4 levels of connection. For the Director this income is residual each and every time a member renews.

In addition to the direct and residual commissions, Directors earn monthly gibPoints
Each month that a Director is active gibPoints are awarded. You can market monthly, quarterly, yearly or charter memberships. Personal gibPoints are awarded to those who purchase the professional membership for each month they are active. Matching gibPoints are awarded when others within your network purchase memberships. The amount of matching gibPoints awarded to you is based on your own personal membership type. At the end of each month gibPoints can be redeemed for cash and/or other promotional items.
