Gcse Evening

9 September 2009 Dear Parents / Carers We would like to invite you to a Year 10 GCSE and Work Experience Information Evening on Wednesday 16 September 2009 at 7.00pm. You play a vital role in the success of your child at GCSE. Our aim is to help you support your child so that he /she achieves their potential. The evening will consist of presentations and workshops. Heads of Departments from English, Maths and Science and will give you advice on how to support your child in that particular subject area. Sarah Brown will then talk about work experience which takes place in Year 10. You will then be able to attend up to 2 workshops –each lasting 30 minutes. The workshops need to be booked in advance and will be allocated on a first come first-served basis. Please indicate below which ones you would like to attend in order of preference.
