PHYSICAL EXAMINATION •Temperature slightly elevated. •Tachycardia, thready pulse, and hypotension suggest severe dehydration. •Dry mouth, no tears, skin tenting, dry skin, and capillary refill are all signs of dehydration. •The abdominal examination may demonstrate mild tenderness. 8.
