Frequent vet care visits will maintain a healthy and active life for domestic pets. Eventually, they also make up one form of the ecological balance.

Natural and abundant sources of energy, such as from the sun, wind and water from rivers and lakes, should be adopted and used. This would reduce our dependancy on limited and hazardous resources such as petrol, diesel and mining of ores.

Wildlife and bird sanctuaries are great for tourist attractions, a healthier way of touring a place, all in accordance with what the environment has to offer to us.

Care for animals and prevent poachers form continuiing their business practices.

Another eco-friendly way of travelling arround in tourist locations is via animal rides, generating income to further touring opportunities, is pollution free and consumes zero fuel. Examples are: elephant and camel rides.

Use energy saving bulbs that consume less electricity.

Taking your dog for frequent walks in the park nearby is definately environment friendly, rather compared to visiting some location in the city, using your personal vehicle and polluting the air.

Use electricity sparingly, and buy environment friendly gadgets and electrical appliances to save on energy consumption.

Bi-cycle riding services are not available in every city, but one can definitively use a cycle to travel from place to place which is also pollution free. Handicapped people should be provided with clear navigation directions, so that they can also be a part of greener ways of travelling.

Use bicycles to explore the city, in amore exciting and pollution free manner.

Handicapped

Transportation can be managed more efficiently by useage of road signs, reflective indications, responsive traffic signals. The people who travel also make up the other half, who should follow them strictly for a peaceful system. Using the walkway is the best manner to affect the environment, positively. No pollution is produced. It also would keep us healthier, as walking is a form of excercising the body.

RECYCLE

A Greener Tomorrow!

Don’t waste and throw paper. Buy and demand for recycled paper, leading to reduced tree fellings.

Several ecological resources and green activities form a continous cycle. This cycle will provide infinite benefits to us. Preserving existing resources and trying to contribute towards the environment would help us sustain.

Aluminium cans can be recycled indefinitively, no breakage, is light weight, reduces mining activities and saves on energy while recycling.

ECO-INFORMATION

Garden painting, being an environment friendly activity when done in a garden, could showcase painting styles using natural colours and dyes on natural fibers such as silk or jute.

Trees and forests make up a great ratio of maintaining the ecological balance. Trees provide homes to so many birds and insects. Apart from this they provide a form of shelter and shade to humans. Let’s preserve them and gorw more plants and/or trees.

Public places should be travelled to via public transport, rather than your private car which uses non-green fuel such as Deisel or Petrol. More people per trip saves on fuel and travelling expenses that aids pollution checks.

Gatherings at public spaces is another way by which people could try to communicate thier ideas of the environment and probably how we can preserve it for generations to come.

Public spaces offer so much information to explore into.
