The darker-green tinted area on the map is considered as a portion of the WRNF. The lateral facing, untinted, rectangular area at the Cow Creek campgrounds is owned by Summit County. The assessment is to include this area as well as the actual USFS property.

The power line is proposed to be run from the Willows campground, above ground to the entry roads for Cow Creek South. From that point the line would be placed undergound and run to the preferred location.

Approximately 40 campsites are proposed to be put in place and a host site is proposed for the site as well. Water service for the facility would be provided by well or storage tanks. Storage tanks would be included in the site plan with either system. However, the size of the tanks would vary according to the system that is chosen.

Included with the marina area would be three boat launch ramps, a dock, a boat launch staging area (ANS inspection station), an ANS decontamination site, a small retail space, and sufficient parking.

Some road resurfacing could be included as well, however all road surfaces would remain aggregate. Drainage associated with roadways would be proposed for improvement as well. The imagery provided on this document was obtained as a part of the National Agricultural Imagine Project (NAIP) of 2005. The imagery provide was developed with a resolution of approximately 1m and suitable for use in project planning with map scales as low as 1:4,800, however it should always be noted that the horizontal accuracy of the imagery may be incorrect by as much as 6m. All other data provided was developed for the purpose of illustrating the intentions of the actions proposed by the USFS for the purpose of improving the recreation facilities at the Green Mountain Reservoir. The improvements illustrated are also intended to augment the inspection of watercraft for aquatic nuissance species (ANS).
