ATTENTION BSN IV STUDENTS OF GC: THE LATEST UPDATES ABOUT OUR GALA CEREMONY THE DATE: The Gala ceremony is moved from September 28, 2009 to October 2, 2009 Friday. THE UNIFORM: The distribution of Gala uniforms is scheduled on September 17, 2009 at 4pm (after all the sportsfest games on Thursday). Only those who paid the TOTAL AMOUNT shall get the chance of having their uniforms at the mentioned date. Therefore, if you have only paid the PARTIAL AMOUNT or if you have happened to NOT PAY ANY SINGLE AMOUNT, please pay on September 17, 2009 to get your uniforms. The breakdown of payments is lay down on the next item. A MUST: All BSN IV are REQUIRED to get their uniforms on September 17, 2009. The rationale behind is for them to report to the supplier the necessary REPAIRS if in any case their uniforms are too large or too fit for them. (THE MISFITS AND MISMATCHES) Foe those students who failed to attend the measurement taking for gala uniforms, your last chance is also on September 17, 2009 at 4pm, with your payment of course. Again, the due date of the WHOLE and FINAL payment is on September 17, 2009. Please pay on the assigned collectors of your respective blocks. EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE GIRLS: For those who WOULD LIKE to order NEW stockings (Php 140) and cap cases (Php 100), the due date is also on September 17, 2009 (see how important that date is, we’ve been mentioning it for many times). Please give your orders to your block leaders on or before September 17, 2009. THE RUSS’ SHOES: For only Php 720 for both sexes, you will have the chance to wear a brand new pair of shoes on the ceremony. Final order is also on September 17, 2009. Please give your orders to KAT or BARAL on or before September 17, 2009. PHOTOS OF THE MEMORIES: Submission of the group pictures depicting any memories and scenes of becoming student nurses is also due on September 17, 2009. The soft copy forms of the images that will be used on the Gala presentation (Flash drive, Facebook, Friendster, CDs) shall be given to Mark Lim per block. So please TAG and SHARE your photos.
