Sure Commercial - Norwich NR3 £18,000 - £30,000 a year - Full-time, Part-time, Commission Apply with Indeed Conveyancers/Property Solicitors required in England and Wales Sure Commercial are working with a forward thinking Law Firm which due to continues growth has now doubled in not only staffing numbers, but also, profit and annual turnover. This forward thinking Law Firm cover many fields, which include conveyancing, wills and probate, in addition to other contractual services, their aim is to provide affordable, accessible and high quality legal services. Due to their continued success they are now looking for Conveyancers or Property Solicitors to join their professional and efficient team, with fantastic work from home opportunities available! Duties The successful candidates will deal primarily with Residential Conveyancing. Client contact will occur mainly during weekdays, but there may be occasional weekend work. Our client requires you to provide responses to client enquiries within 24 hours in order to maintain their excellent standard of customer service. The case load will be dependent upon your ability and preference – you can work as few or as many cases as you wish, giving you complete control over your workload. Our client will provide the network, precedents, systems and insurance cover, as well as some administration and office support such as documents scanning, etc. Requirements 

Qualified as either a Solicitor, License Conveyancers or Notary



Flexible with your approach to work



2 years’ minimum PQE, or sufficient experience to manage straightforward cases from start to completion with minimal assistance



Experience with commercial property, auctions, shared ownership etc. would be advantageous

Complete control to handle the number of cases you wish and manage your own workload

Flexible working hours to suit you, providing clients’ cases are handled efficiently

50% commission on cases provided by the company



70% commission on work sourced by yourself
