Frame reduction method consists of two sections. First section detects any change in frames by using low detection algorithms (LDA). And other section, consist of multimedia adaptive sampling rate algorithm (MASRA) which is related to sampling frequency of each sensor. Local detection system: LDA works at the video sensor level for frame analysis. Through this analysis we send only those frames which are different to the controller so, that we stop transferring extra frames which are same and using extra energy and bandwidth. Different techniques use middle frames for a video to show the video content and suitable only for static videos. But our solution consider colour similarity and also edge similarity between frames to match frames and then decide which frames to send
