ABSTRACT This study quantifies the usefulness of E-Banking services of KVB Bank. The researcher has chosen the sample size of 50 respondents using simple random sampling. The main objective is to analyse the reasons for preferring E-Banking services. This research is formulated after a thorough study and is based on the information obtained from the questionnaire filled by the respondents. The data has been analyzed through tabulation and by using statistical tool like Percentage Analysis. After analyzing the data, the findings and suggestions of this study were framed.
