Apart from these after sales service is also the task of interns. Train the customers on how to buy, sell shares via online. Where can they find the price of shares, latest reports, recommendations, balance, status, details of shares which they hold (De-mat), moving of cash, withdrawal of cash, etc…

Strategy:

The following are the strategies adopted by me to attain my targets during last weeks;

Tele calling : After three days of training period company gave me the data base for data calling. But it was a complete failure, because peoples are not ready to listen me through telephone.

Marketing survey: We have done marketing survey at various organizations such as BSNL, WIPRO InfoTech, TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and Essar oil co. etc…

References I also used to take reference from client which was helped me to generate more accounts. It is easy to make sales from reference because it comes from satisfied customer or interested persons about the company/well wisher of the company. The advantage of reference is that our effort is very less there to convince the customer.

Problem Handling

After completion of training we were directly met to corporate people and individual clients. But most of the organization were not allows us as sharekhan employee. So we were apply strategy that we are the students of MBA and got the summer project to sell sharekhan products and services.
