Table 3.3. Monthly Income

From the the table, it definitely showed that the income range of 0-1,500 has the highest frequency among others. This could be substantiated by the primary source of income of the people within the barangay, which is farming. Also, it is due to the fact that most of the land areas being used for growing palay is not owned by the farmers. Instead, they were hired to do the labor and receive minimum payment. And farming is not always assuring because after the harvest, people would be vacated for weeks and they have to wait for the next possible job. Furthermore, the overall data indicates that none of the surveyed family in Brgy. Tambangan has reached the average family income in the Philippines as estimated by the Philippines Statistics Authority in 2015. The PAS reported that 22 thousand pesos is the average monthly income of Filipinos as a result from the Family Income and Expenditure Survey. Thus, entails that families in Barangay Tambangan have likely an unstable jobs, resulting to having the less capacity to cover all their necessities. SOURCE OF INCOME

Table 4.1 Raw Data of Public Services

From the data shown above, it is clearly stated that somehow more people avail of government programs and services offered in the Barangay. There were many government services that were offered but some of the residents did not avail it. Some of them were not qualified to avail and some chose not to. The Barangay Tambangan merely shows to be as an underdeveloped community, that every household is in need of government assistance to support their personal commodities. Every government program indicates opportunity to each and every residents of the barangay. This program aims to eradicate extreme poverty in the Philippines by investing in health and education particularly in ages 0– 14. This means that every household that received such program would bring great opportunity with their family to at least lessen the expenses they have. The next in rank is the maintenance. Third in rank is the Senior Citizen. The elderly also needs programs that would also help them example is for their health benefits. Most of the elderly in the barangay are suffering from high blood and many more illnesses that require maintenance drugs. Due to the lack of financial capabilities of the family and lack of health facilities in the barangay they are highly in need of the support from the government. The data presented above entails the most needed service to be provided in the barangay. 4P’s is the most availed service provided by the government that indicates that the residents in the said barangay is in need of financial assistance to support their needs. The said service provided is just enough for the basic needs of the barangay and for every households. However, some families that has more members tend to have a problem when it comes to providing the basic needs of their family. Also based on the graph we can see that there is an active involvement of the government in the barangay despite of its location. Since government has an important role in the society, they were able to do and provide the basic need such as the projects that they have implemented which benefited most of the people in the
