PROCEDURES: 1. Seller issues FCO. 2. Buyer countersigns Seller’s FCO, and issues ICPO with Buyer’s complete Bank Details and with SOFT PROBE AUTHORISATION, confirming buyer’s acceptance of Seller’s FCO. counter signed and issue his LOI/ICPO confirming his order. 3. Seller sends draft contract for buyer’s review and signature. 4. Buyer signs contract. Seller signs contract 5. Buyer and Seller lodges copy of signed contract with their respective banks. 6. Buyer’s bank send pre-advice SBLCs advising Seller’s bank to issue 2% performance bond. Upon receipt of Performance bond, Buyer’s bank activates the SBLC and confirm by swift to Seller’s bank.

7. Seller’s bank after verification of the swift, within three days, will make arrangements to transfer the gold to the refinery of choice of the buyer on C.I.f. bases at Seller’s cost. 8. Seller's representative will accompany the gold dust to the buyer's final destination refinery to monitor the final assay report. 9. After the final refinery assay report, the Buyer’s Bank will immediately transfer the funds, as per the invoice value, by Swift Wire Transfer. 10. The Seller, on receipt of the above funds will irrevocably transfer the Title of the Gold to the Buyer. 11. Seller pays buy/sell side intermediaries fees simultaneously. THIS OFFER IS RESTRICTED TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCEDURES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND IS VALID FOR 15 CALENDAR DAYS FROM ISSUANCE DATE HEREOF.
