Verified offers are the offers attained from trusted sources (buyers, sellers and GIA Group partners). Offers marked as "Verified Offer" have original documentation such as Full Corporate Offer (FCO), Letter of Intent (LOI), Bank Capability Letter (BCL) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO). These original documents are held in trust by GIA and only their sanitised versions are distributed to relevant parties for marketing purposes. The original documents will be uploaded by the buyers or sellers on their Document Management Module (My Documents) protected under their password. These documents can be altered only by their issuer with the original version always available with the changes and date of change noted on the new version. The original documents will be offered only to the buyer or seller, after an agreement has been reached between the two parties and are really necessary to close the deal.
