Narrative Summary Goal: Empowered families and local organizations promoting child rights

Indicators  at least 50% of the 977 CCF assisted parents or 489 and 100 non-CCF families of the families are able to respond to the rights of the child  the children, youth and parents’ association have an active partnership with at least 1 organization ;  at least 51% of the members of the children, youth and parents’ association participate in the SAPIME (Situational Analysis, Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation) of child development programs in the community  at least 7 communities have established meaningful participation in the BCPC (Barangay Council for the Protection of Children).

Project Objectives: 1. to increase the awareness of the -500 of the families have awareness on the families on the rights of the child and how rights of the child and child protection to respond to it issues - At least 100 families have additional source of income to support the children. 2. to enhance the capacity of the children, - At least 1 project will be a partnership youth and parents’ association in endeavor by the children, youth and establishing partnership in the community. parents’ association with another organization 3. to improve the participation of the - 51% of the members will be involved in members of the children, youth and meetings and activities parents’ association in managing its own - 51% will attend seminars in relation to projects leadership and organizational development - at least 150 volunteers are mobilized to support project implementation 4. to sustain meaningful participation with - 1 child and youth representative in the the BCPCs. BCPC - at least 5 parents handling committees in the BCPCs - at least 1 child development project is included in the Barangay Development
