begin with the global statement of motivation and job satisfaction e.g. motivation becomes an important factor to guide the workers/employees to excel in organizations (Roger, 2014). Give the definition of motivation- is an individual internal process in order to response to an action that will change a behavior (Maslow, 2000; Porter, 2011). Why we need motivation in our life ....for money, higher productivity, self satisfaction, etc.

The name of journal and researcher (s)- e.g. The title of this journal is “The Study of teacher motivation and job satisfaction among high school teachers in Selangor, Malacca and Johore” by Razali Alias and Maimunah Abd. Rahim (2004). Who are the respondents – Population of teachers – or samples of teachers – NUMBERS. Research Methodology used – e.g. study using quantitative approach (questionnaires) e.g. Qualitative interviews/ OR triangulation (observation, document analysis), etc. What are the findings of the study e.g. there was no significant relationship in between teacher motivation and job satisfaction among the respondents in the study. e.g. High schools teachers in Johore experienced low level of motivation. 1

e.g. There was no significant relationship in gender towards job satisfaction among the teachers in the study. Recommendations made by the researcher e.g. MOE should conduct large –scale motivation courses involving all secondary school teachers in Malaysia. e.g. The research regarding the relationship between family background and teacher professionalism must be conducted from time to time.

Conclusion / Kesimpulan Give YOUR own opinion / perspective about the relevancy of journal to be used in the school setting (May be in rural school / urban school). May be you can recommend/do not recommend to the MOE/MOHE. e.g. The questionnaire in journal is suitable to identify level of motivation / job satisfaction among high school teachers. e.g. The study used only 50 respondents – It is better to carry out another study in school with a larger number of respondents. e.g. The findings of this study was very sensitive regarding the gender difference in job satisfaction among teachers. e.g. The methodology should combine questionnaire and interview process for better results in determining the motivation /job satisfaction factors among teachers. e.g. The recommendations made by the researcher should be taken as important topics in doing research on motivation and job satisfaction.
