Application forms for registration can be obtained from the office of the examination centres concerned against payment of Rs. 15/- per form. Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application form along with DCB statement in duplicate (one copy sent to Finance Officer) proof for payment of examination registration fee etc. through the Centres should reach the undersigned on or before 26.03.2009. Belated applications will be summarily rejected without furnishing reason. Those who have not yet registered themselves as matriculates of this University should submit their applications for registration as matriculates. Those who have passed their qualifying examination from outside the State of Kerala should also submit their applications for the specific recognition of their qualifying examination. Late applications recommended and forwarded by concerned Principal will be accepted upto the last 20 days before the commencement of the Examination in the exceptional circumstances with the super fine of Rs. 200/- as per the order No.Ac.A1/2035/99 dated 4th July 2003. In such cases, candidate has to remit the fee and fine as per rules along with the Super fine for the consideration of the application by the University.
