GENERAL RULES Registration is necessary to participate in events and to get accommodation Please register at Reception on arrival Registration fee of Rs. 100/- per person is mandatory Registration will be allowed only on the presentation of a letter of approval from the head of the institution and student id cards Participants are required to bring two passport size photographs Any obscenity, vulgarity or disruptive behaviour will be strictly dealt with Smoking and drinking alcohol are not allowed The decisions of the referees, judges and Pegasus committee will be final and binding in all matters Some events are subject to cancellation or modification depending on the number of participants registered All rules are tentative and subject to change without prior notification

ACCOMMODATION Accommodation will be provided only for those who give prior intimation on or before 10th July A compulsory accommodation fee of Rs. 130/- will be charged If the number of participants from each college exceeds five more than the number intimated, Rs. 160/- will be charged per extra person Regardless of the number of participants, the college will have to pay for a minimum of five less than the college intimated A refundable caution deposit of Rs. 500/- per college will be collected
