Research project: Relations among race, sexuality and gender in different local and national contexts ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE I. Positions and functions General cordination: it will be responsability of the general cordination: (1) accompaniment and articulation between the different cities where the research will take place; organization of the international production; (2) organization of the technic-scientific production (reports, articles, seminaries) in partnership with the local cordinations; (3) accompaniment of the administration and execution of the resources; reports for Ford Foundation. Local cordination: team composed by the researchers that represent the six cities involved in the project: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Chicago, San Francisco, Johannesburg and Cape Town. This team will work in articulation with the general cordination and will be responsable for the cordination and development of the local researches, for the technicscientific productions (reports, articles, seminaries) from the study realized in each city; and for the financial reports of the expenses of the research, wich will be sent to the financial secretary. Financial secretary: responsable for the administration, execution of the resources and realization of the financial reports of the project; subordinate to the general cordination. Advisers: specialists invited for the general and local cordination, who will participate in the evaluation of the development and the results of the project, through punctual contributions, as disposed in a work contract accorded between the parts involved. Researchers associated: efective members of the team of each country, P.h.D. professionals, wich will work in the development of the project with the general and local cordinations, participating like co-authors of the local publications. Assistants of research: master degree professionals or P. h. D. students of the team of each country, who will colaborate in the development of the project with the general and local cordination. Graduation students: colaboration in the development of the project with the general and local cordinations.

Cargos e Funções Coordenação Geral: será responsabilidade da coordenação geral (1) acompanhamento e articulação entre as distintas cidades onde a pesquisa será realizada; organização da produção internacional; (2) organização, em parceria com as coordenações regionais, da produção técnico-científica, ou seja, dos relatórios, artigos e seminários; (3) acompanhamento da administração e execução dos recursos. Coordenações Regionais: equipe composta pelos pesquisadores representantes das seis cidades envolvidas no projeto: Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Chicago, São Francisco, Johannesburg e Cape Town. Esta equipe trabalhará em estreita articulação com a coordenação geral e será responsável pela coordenação e desenvolvimento das pesquisas locais, bem como pelas produções técnico-científicas (relatórios, artigos, seminários) decorrentes do estudo nas respectivas localidades; relatórios financeiros/prestação de contas dos gastos da pesquisa que serão encaminhados para a secretaria financeira. Secretaria Financeira: profissional responsável pela administração e execução dos recursos e realização dos relatórios financeiros do projeto; subordinado à coordenação geral. Consultores: especialistas convidados pela coordenação geral em conjunto com as coordenações regionais que irão participar da avaliação do desenvolvimento e dos resultados do projeto, por meio da prestação de serviços, bem como das contribuições tópicas a partir de um termo de referência acordado entre as partes. Pesquisadores Associados: membros efetivos da equipe de cada país, com título de doutor, que irão atuar no desenvolvimento do projeto junto com as coordenações geral e regional, participando como co-autores das publicações regionais; Assistentes de Pesquisa: profissionais com mestrado ou estudantes de doutorado da equipe de cada país, que irão colaborar no desenvolvimento do projeto junto com as coordenações geral e regional; Bolsistas de Graduação: alunos de graduação que irão colaborar no desenvolvimento do projeto junto com as coordenações geral e regional;
