ABSTRACT THE MAIN AIM OF THE REPORT IS TO PROVIDE THE MANAGEMENT WITH ALL THE INFORMATION RELATED TO PROBLEM FACED BY EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS IN NOIDA BRANCH AND ALSO PROVIDE INFORMATION RELATED TO SHIFTING OF CURRENT BRANCH TO THE OPEN PLANNED OFFICE & THE BENEFITS WHICH THE COMPANY WILL GET IN THE FUTURE.
SUMMARY THE NO. OF CUSTOMERS HAVE GROWN STEADILY OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND THE INSTALLATION OF COMPUTERS MAKE THE ROOM CONJUSTED. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE TO FACE PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF LEAKAGE IN WALLS AND BAD WIRING OF ELECTRICITY. THEREFORE, A NEW OFFICE IS VERY MUCH REQUIRED.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANAGING DIRECTOR’S ORDER, I VISITED THE ‘NOIDA BRANCH’ OF OUR COMPANY AND STUDIED THE PROBLEM FACED BY THE EMPLOYES.

RECOMMENDATION
THE RENT OF THIS BUILDING IS HIGHER THAN THE OLD ONE. BUT BECAUSE OF THE GOOD INDUSTRIAL LOCATION, IT IS AFFORDABLE.
THE LOCATION CONSISTS OF FULL TIME ELECTRICITY POWER AND 24 HRS. WATER SUPPLY.
THE NEW OFFICE SHOULD HAVE CANTEEN FACILITY
ALL THE ROOMS SHOULD BE CONNECTED THROUGH INTERCOM TECHNOLOGY.
