Data collection and sampling  In research that RESEARCHER are collected the data from MetLife Surat Branch, 

MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd 301 and 310, 21st century Bldg, Nr. Empire State Bldg and WTC, Above Sankalp Rest, Ring Road, Surat – 395002

Data collection and sampling qTool are used to collected the data is questionnaire  Method sampling that is select census survey of MetLife Surat branch (employees).  Sampling size of the research are 50 employees  Sampling area is office of MetLife in the 03/05/09 surat(ring road)

Q.1 SELECT YOUR DEPARTMENT THAT CURRENTLY WORKING? 10 

Purpose: to know how many employee are working different department.

Interpretation:- 64% of employee are worked as sales department, 20% of employee are marketing department, rest of 16% are operation, training, it and others. 03/05/09

Q.2 what category BEST describe your job? 11 

Purpose: to find out that how many employees will worked as manager, professional, technical, sales representing, administrative staff, group leader, and customer services.

Interpretation:- as a research researcher found that 26% of employees are manager, 20% are group leader, 16% are customer services, and rest of 38 % are worked as technical, sales representative, administrative staff and other. 03/05/09

Purpose: To know how many employees are joined at MetLife.

RECOMMENDATIONS 35

If MetLife will increase its benefits structure, the sales of MetLife will increase by getting motivation of monetary rewards. By increasing opportunities of worked at new projects given to employees they became more completive so that satisfaction level was increased. By taking survey of managers researcher found manager had good leadership qualities, communicate well with subordinates, effective leads the department. 03/05/09
