POLICY STATEMENT
The Bank shall adopt as one of its recruitment methods a cost-effective employee referral program that encourages existing employees to refer suitable candidates for job vacancies in different units in the organization.
GUIDELINES
1. Coverage. All regular employees with rank of staff to officer (AM-SM), may refer candidates for job vacancies. 2. Referrer-employee shall fill out the Employee Referral Form ( ERF) and submit to Recruitment & Placement Division together with the updated resume/CV of their referral. 3. Only applicants that have not been previously processed by HRG and/or those not in the recruitment database (e.g., existing pool & applicants sourced from job portals) can be considered as referrals. 4. There is no limit on the number of applicants an employee can refer. In case of multiendorsed candidate, employee who first submits the application shall be prioritized. 5. Incentive Package Matrix. Employees except from the Human Resources Group (HRG), with successful referrals shall be given corresponding incentive based on the rank and position of filled out vacancy. Rank

Processing of Payment. Recruitment & Placement Division shall facilitate and secure approvals for the request for payment OPEX Approval Request Form ( OARF) via Manager’s Check within thirty (30) days after the referral’s effective date of regularization. An email advice shall be sent to referring employee once check is available.
