EK Mount Kit Assembly Hardware: Below you will find instructions on how to install your Hybrid Racing Motor mounts into a 96-2000 Honda Civic.

Warning: Removing an engine is a timely and detailed process. It is recommend by Hybrid Racing to locate a performance shop with the necessary tools and experience to perform an engine swap. This guide is to be used as an outline only. *Mount Kit may not be legal for highway use. Hybrid Racing is not responsible for any direct or indirect, actual or incidental expense attributed to the use of any performance parts sold by Hybrid Racing LLC. A. Transmission plate (1) 12 x 1.25 x 80mm (1) 12 x 1.25 x 60mm (1) 12 x 1.25 x 40mm (1) Spacer (1.4) (1) Spacer (1.24) (3) Washers .5 (2) Washers .375 (1) M10 x 25mm *Re-use your OEM 14mm bolts for the upper mount making sure to insert the .375 washers. *Remove the studs from the transmission and use the 80mm/60mm/40mm for the transmission plate making sure to use the .5in washers. *Using an 8.5mm Drill and 10x1.5mm Tap. Drill and tap the additional hole in the upper driver side mount. *If the driver side frame rail mount is not tightened down to 47lbf-ft you will pull the bolt out of the sub frame rail.

B. Passenger side upper and lower (5) 12 x 1.25 x 35mm (5) Washers *Remove the studs from the upper passenger side engine mount and using 2 of the 35mm bolts attach the upper mount. Make sure to use the .5in washers.

C. Rear sub frame flat plate (2) .25 Spacers (3) Washers .375 (1) 14mm x 2in (2) 14mm x 1.5in * Make sure to insert the .375 washers. * The 2 small spacers go stacked in the front of the mount.

D. Rear large transmission/motor plate (3) 12 x 1.25 x 60mm (2) .875 Spacers (4) .5 Washers (1) Nut *Insert the 2 .875in spacers between the transmission and the engine mount. Make sure to use 2 of the .5in washers *The remaining nut, washer, and bolt go thru the upper transmission hole. Make sure to check all bolts are not loose and check them often the first month after installation as vibrations can loosen bolts if not properly torque down. You have successfully completed your K series engine mount install.
