EG/DC Mount Kit Assembly Hardware Ver. 2.1: Below you will find instructions on how to install your Hybrid Racing Motor mounts into a 92-94 Honda Civic and 942001 Acura Integra.
Warning: Removing an engine is a timely and detailed process. It is recommend by Hybrid Racing to locate a performance shop with the necessary tools and experience to perform an engine swap. This guide is to be used as an outline only. *Mount Kit may not be legal for highway use. Engine Removal: 1. Start by disconnecting the negative and positive

Note: Now would be a good time to clean your engine bay of any oil or grease. Engine Preparation: 1. Take the time to clean any oil or grease from your engine. 2. In addition check your clutch and flywheel for stress and wear.
3. Attach the Hybrid Racing transmission mount and passenger side engine mount to the motor using the supplied bolts. Picture 4. Attach your EP3 civic bracket and belt to your K series motor. Skip this step if you are running a CTR/Civic Si (k20a3). Picture 5. If you are running a K24 block make sure to use part number 11910-PPA-000 for the passenger side mount bracket Engine installation:
1. Begin by removing your radiator as well as any extra AC lines. 2. Locate and remove your passenger side engine mount bracket. Begin by drilling out the welds and removing with an air hammer or equivalent tool. 3. Attach your Hybrid Racing rear bracket to the sub-frame. 4. Attach the Hybrid Racing passenger and driver side mount brackets to the frame rail. Mark the 2 holes on the frame rail. Remove the mount and drill 2 holes on the passenger frame rail. 5. Lower your K series engine into your engine bay, making sure to watch the motor from all angles. 6. Begin by attaching the driver side and rear mount; keep the bolts loose until you have the passenger side lined up. Once all mounts are installed fully tighten the remaining bolts. Make sure to use loctite on your rear mount bolts and check all of the bolts as they can back out over time damaging the mounts. 7. Next install your Hybrid Racing radiator and run your radiator hoses. If you are running a Hybrid Racing radiator install your fan switch and coolant temp sending unit. 8. Install your throttle cable and run to the throttle body. 9. Install your fuel system and mount your regulator. 10. Next run your K series engine harness into the passenger side firewall. Begin by removing the grommet from the passenger side firewall. This is located behind the battery. 11. Reinstall your battery making sure that the engine harness is not hung up or caught on anything. 12. Double check all wiring. 13. Run the clutch line from your slave cylinder to your master cylinder. 14. Install the Karcepts shifter box under the chassis following the instructions provided. Install your Shifter box where the stock shifter location was. 15. Make sure to install the shift linkage clips and cotter pins on the transmission.
16. Attach the shifter cables to the shifter box in the cabin of the car. 17. Install your Hybrid Racing axles. Picture 18. Install your header of choice making sure to install the gasket. If you are using a DC sports TSX header you will need to notch the OEM rear mount bracket. Picture
19. Make sure to install your IAT sensor into your new intake. Picture 20. Check hood clearance and notch accordingly. 22. Make sure to top off all fluids and double check all grounds

*Re-use your OEM bolt for the upper mount. *Remove the studs from the trasmission and use the 80mm/60mm/40mm for the trasmission plate making sure to use the .5in washers.

C. Rear sub frame flat plate (2) .25 Spacers * Remove your OEM rear mount and the one of two bolts holding your steering rack in place. * Make sure to insert the 2 .25in washers under the front hole of the mount. *Make sure to use loctite or check the bolts over time to ensure that they do not back out.
D. Rear large transmission/motor plate (3) 12 x 1.25 x 60mm (2) .875 Spacers

*Insert the 2 .875in spacers between the transmission and the engine mount. Make sure to use 2 of the .5in washers *The remaining nut, washer, and bolt go thru the upper transmission hole.
