Training Evaluation • Step in training cycle where data is collected to ascertain if the training program is achieving its objectives(s). • It checks whether training has had the desired effect and whether the trainees have been able to implement their learning in their respective workplaces, or to the regular work routines.

Refresher Course Module • Autoclave used for forming operation of Composite Materials such as Rotary Wings for Advanced Light Helicoptor. • Module: – Preparing the Worker – Explain the process improvements – Present the Operation – Try out Performance – Follow Up.
