What is Porto Digital? Porto Digital has deployed many innovative initiatives since its conception in 2000. One of the most important is its governance model – carried out by a non non-profit profit public public-private private organization (NGPD) operating under contract with the State Government of Pernambuco to foster the development of a Recife IT cluster.
