Form of Ownership The proponents have agreed to engage in a Sole Proprietorship type of business. The business will be under the name of Jan Micko L. Nelmida, one of the proponents. C. Organizational Structure The business will have a manager, one staff and three (3) tutors. The manager will manage the day-today operation of the business. The tutors will work as part-time workers.
