Ingrediente 1 kg zmeura / capsuni 0,5 kg zahar 2 grame sare de lamaie pentru 1 KG fructe are rol de antioxidant {fructele isi mentin culoarea} Preparare Fructele se amesteca bine cu zaharul si se lasa apoi la rece pana a doua zi Dupa ce s-a scos de la rece, se pune la fiert la foc mic Se pune 2 grame sare de lamaie la 1 KG fructe de la inceputul fierberii. Din c�nd �n c�nd se mai scutura cratita si i se ia spuma, pe masura ce se formeaza. Dupa ce incepe sa fiarba amestecul se mai tine pe foc 15 minute este suficient... Se pune fierbinte �n borcane, care se �nchid ermetic si se pun cu gura in jos pentru etansare.
