Ingrediente: 1 kg carne de porc {cruda + afumatura} 70 ml ulei 10 boabe de piper 300 ml apa 200 ml vin alb 3 linguri pasta de rosii 1 capatana usturoi sare boia de ardei piper macinat

Mod de preparare: Se taie carne cubulete, ca pentru masina de tocat. Se pune uleiul in tigaie si se incinge. Cand este fierbinte se adauga carnea cubulete. Se lasa pana se albeste, iar apoi se adauga cele doua cani de apa, foile de dafin si piperul boabe. Se fierbe totul la foc mic timp de 30 minute. Apoi se adauga amestecul din vin, pasta de tomate, usturoiul curatat si taiat feliute subtiri, se potriveste de sare, piper, boia si cimbru, dupa gustul fiecaruia. Se mai lasa pe foc inca 15 minute. Se serveste fierbinte alaturi de mamaliguta calda, ochiuri si branza rasa.
