There are three category of drugs 1) DEPRESSANT 2) STIMULANT 3) HALUCINOGENS

DEPRESSANT: (DRUGS LOW)

• Drugs that slow down the nervous system.

2) STIMULANT : (DRUGS HIGH) • Drugs whose effect the central nervous system causes a rise in the heart rate, blood pressure, and muscular tension.

HALLUCINOGENS : (PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS) • A drugs that is capable of producing hallucinogens, or changes in the perceptual process.
