DRILLING MACHINE PPM-2 PPM-2 is designed for drilling different types of holes in rectangular logs. The log is placed in horizontal position for drilling. Drilling movement is horizontal and it takes place by means of a pneumatic cylinder. Before drilling the log is locked on the table by a pneumatic cylinder. Lengthwise positioning of the log takes place by a manually actuated stop from end of the log or from a notch. Operation of the machine is semi-automatic.
