Dribbling Drills Knock Out - A square area is created with cones as the corners. Size can be chosen as desired - Students all have a basketball and are positioned in the designated area - All students dribble the ball within the area, aiming to maintain possession of the ball whilst moving around within the area - At the same time, students attempt to knock other students’ balls out of the area - If their ball is knock out of the area, students are to wait on the outside of the area - Students continue until one student remains in the area with possession of their ball - Continue for several rounds or until desired Progression - Change playing area - Use non-dominant hand - Increase speed KTPS - Use your fingertips to bounce the ball - Stay low - Head up - Use body to shield/protect the ball
