dovlecei la cuptor ingrediente: 3-5 dovlecei, 100-150 g de telemea, 100-200 ml de smintina, 50 g de unt, 2 oua, 50 g de faina, marar, piper, pesmet, sare mod de preparare: spalati dovleceii si puneti-i in apa clocotita cu o lingurita de sare. acoperiti vasul si lasati dovleceii sa clocoteasca la foc mic 10 minute. puneti-i apoi in strecuratoare, presati-i putin, dupa ce in prealabil i-ati taiat in jumatati pe lung. scoateti-le o parte din miez si umpleti-i cu urmatoarea compozitie: brinza telemea sau cascaval ras, oua, faina, smintina, piper si marar tocat. asezati dovleceii intr-un vas uns si tapetat si dati-l la cuptor cu foc potrivit timp de 30 de minute pina se rumenesc. servire: se servesc presarati cu cascaval si stropiti cu smintina.
