CIA: • Provided over 100,000 pages of documents in response to 12 separate requests • Providing substantive briefings and interviews • Some high-level policy documents are still being produced; promised by 10/3 Defense: • Massive effort to provide documents more quickly since last report • Providing substantive briefings and interviews • A few NORAD documents and some key policy documents are still being produced; promised to arrive shortly FBI: • Provided access to over 1.6 million pages of documents, including access to the PENTTBOM file • Providing substantive briefings and numerous interviews at field offices • Production of key items ongoing • Working closely with top leadership to get what we need

Homeland Security: • Many documents provided to date, with more to come • Provided many substantive briefings • Some key documents still being produced; promised by 10/3 Justice: • Produced thousands of pages of documents since last report • A few key documents still being produced; promised by the end of September NSA: • Produced highly sensitive documents • Some key documents still being produced; promised to arrive shortly
