My Differentiated Classroom In my classroom everything will be differentiated to meet the needs of the individual students in my classroom. This will be done by: 1. Assessments will be on-going and frequent to be used to inform instruction by responding to students needs. 2. Meet the needs of each of my students by teaching to all intelligences. 3. Excellence is dependent on the learner. Individual growth is excellence. 4. Students interests are frequently used in instruction for maximum engagement. 5. All learning profiles are taken into account. 6. Group size is dependent on my students needs and there will be a variety of instructional arrangements. 7. Classroom time is used flexibly in accordance to my learners needs. For students who frequently finish tasks early there will always be an anchor task. 8. It is my job to facilitate learners' skills to become self-reliant learners. 9. Students will work with the teacher to establish whole class goals, and individual learning goals.
