December V,2007 To Whom It Play Concem: Re: Josh Le3lanc

It ie with pleasure that I rurite this letter for Josh. As coordinator for The Campus For All Program at the l,Jniversity of Regina I have had the opportunity of obseruing, supervising and assisting losh as he worked ryith an adult with a disability, His role lvas to assist this adult student to be successful on campus. The goal of tlre Campus For All program is ts allow for inclusive post education for adults with disabilities. These adults with disabilities have qualified to audit classes at the university. Regular students registered in the respectiye fducation classes are invited to assist tiese Campus For All Students to haye a positive auditing experience. This becomes an opportunity for the Education student volsnteers to have some tutoring experience as they become acquainted with a person who has a disability, Their involvement is that of a tutor and this experience will hopefully better prepare them for success as a teacher. As losh carried out his role as tutor in this the Camgus For All program, he demonstrated all of the gualities necessary to be an effective teacher. He planned his sessions well and always kept in focus the needs of his student. Josh was friendly and approachable as he assisted his student to be successful and he always maintained a professional and caring attitude. tr quickly came to see that Josh sets high goals for himself and makes the necessary sacrifices to accomplish them. lle demonstrated an organization and efficiency that will do him well in a teaching career. Josh recognized that there are many leaming styles and he was always trying to adopt teaching strategks that would best suit the special needs of the student. Josh was a valuable participant in the Campus For All program and the student definitely benefited from the efforts and entiusiasm that Josh displayed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Josh as a conscientious and dedicated person who takes his commltments seriously. I believe he has a definite contribution to make within an educational setting or any setting of his choice. I am pleased to be writing this letter on his behalf. Please feel free to contact me if you have further qsestions. Sincerely,

&.*-A'b*fi-
