What I Need To Develop

How Will I Learn It?

I need to understand relevant legislation, restrictions and functions of regulatory bodies.

By studying relevant information and going over details I seem to forget.

I cannot compare myself to the ‘professional norms’ and I don’t continually seek new information that isn’t taught to me.

I will learn the ‘professional norms’ by continuing my education. I can work on seeking new information by studying and researching the information that is given to me. I will learn the rest of the category by practicing massage techniques inside and outside of class, and going to every theory and techniques class.

I have only learnt a few aspects of pre-treatment like draping, consent and relevant information on the treatment. Everything else I need to develop.
