this is the chinese word for “boy”. i told him to remember that the square part is the head of a boy, and that the part in the blue circle is his leg kicking

this is the chinese word for “girl”. i told him to remember that the lower part a girl whose legs are crossed.

this is the chinese word for “goodbye”. see the encircled part? i said it was the back of a bus, and that the mom is waving “bye” to her son on the bus.

this is the chinese word for “4”. i told him to make a rectangle and put a mustache inside. (desperate times call for desperate measures!)

this is the chinese word for “5”. these are the steps: make a 7 (red circle), then a ceiling (blue circle), then a floor (green circle), then connect them (brown circle)

this is the chinese word for “teacher”. see that diagonal line? i said it was the teacher pointing to the blackboard.

this is the chinese word for “morning”. i told him to remember encircled part, that it looks like the sun. (nge, paano kaya?)

this is the chinese word for “me”. see the encircled part? that little thing there is *supposed* to be “pointing to oneself” so “me”.

this is the chinese word for “you”. (major telling a story na ito) I said it was two people talking. and pointing to each other. LOL. if you can see that there, you are gooood!
