How to Overcome Depression in Islamic Ways Ask Allah to help ease the burden through Dua’. It will turn each anxiety, each fear and each concern into a brighter hope. Look at it as another reason to submit to Lord and be in prostration, during which you are closest to Allah. Allah will listens and knows what is in our heart and our difficulties. Always remembering Allah by keeping our tongue busy with Zikr. It is a way of comforting our hearts and removes the depression away. Recite the Holy Quran each time after perform the prayer. Quran is the best form of remembrance Allah as it brings peace to the heart. Being patient in everything we do because it will gives us control in situations where we feel we have no control. Patience also helps us keep our mind and attitude towards our difficulties controlled.
