The Election commission’s job is to arrange the casting of votes in favor or against the political institutions. The election commission is doing extra work to organizing political parties. This extra work of election commission has been given by those constitutional writers

who have no other options to make the political institutions look like democratically supported by the people at the time of writing this constitution. But after we got the independence, the people of Hindustan has the experiences of years of capitalist Democratic Party system rule, barrowed from the foreign origin. At present entire country feeling dissatisfaction from the party system & capitalist leadership. They fail the democracy and the constitution. What is the solution then, how people fulfill their dreams & aspirations, solve the socioeconomic problems & prepare themselves to fight the anti-social, anti-national and the biggest problem the terrorist threats. Now it is time to recollect the ideology, framework of democratic rule and its main aim to uplift the entire mankind. It will only happen when the people understand that the voting right is essential part in functioning of the democracy but the more important thing is to use representative right in forming the people’s political institutions first through the people’s card electing process to stop the misuse of the people’s power by the capitalist political party system and make the democracy and the constitution work impartially in favor of the common man. At present political parties are working out side of the constitutional and democratic parameters. The political parties have no right to control the political institutions. These institutions should be controlled by the people under the constitutional rights and the democratic framework. To make people’s leadership actual, the constitutional changes are required immediately to clear the all obstacles in front of voting classes whether they are rich or poor, men or women, The constitution needs the PEOPLE’S COMMISSION TO PROVIDE DIRECTLY REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT TO THOSE VOTERS WHO WANT TO LEAD THE NATION & THE SOCIETY IN THE POLITICAL INSTITONS OF ALL LEVELS. To use the representative right, people needs the process through which they can come into the political institutions of their choices. The process named in Hindi language as LOKPATRA CHAYAN PARKIRYA AND IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE IT IS NAMED AS PEOPLE’S CARD ELECTING SYSTEM. If these changes accepted in the constitution of Hindustan and all other democratically supported governments of the world than a big political, social and economic development would take place in the positive way to tackle the all outstanding problems like hunger, unemployment, illiteracy, corruption, exploitation of all kinds and get overall victory against the terrorism by the people’s leadership. So voters in coming election ask your representative right to lead the nation and the society to give impartial governess to the common people. The need of the hour is party less, money powerless, false manifesto less and huge amount of wasting of social money less people’s leadership is required. Support the legal democratic right movement and remove the capitalist process of formatting the government.
