After dedicating the constitution to the people by those groups who create the written rule book called the constitution should not regroup to use the constitutional rights of REPRESENTATION FOR THEMSELVES. What THE world constitutions need today IS to add up to their constitution to make it more people oriental in practice to include the PEOPLE’S COMMISSION TO CLEAR THE PATH OF COMMON PEOPLE TO USE THE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT DIRECTLY FROM THE PEOPLE’S COMMISSION & ABLE TO PROVIDE THE LEADERSHIP IN TO THE POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS OF THEIR CHOICE. THE PEOPLE’S CARD ELECTING PROCESS ALSO NEEDED FOR THE SUPPORT OF MAKING PARTYLESS PEOPLE’S RULE.

THE HUGE SOCIAL MONEY IS BEING WASTED TO PERFORM THE PARTY POLITICS The political groups or parties are being funded by the capitalist business groups in a huge way. Whether you see any Elections in rich developed country or poor Asian or African countries you feel that the SOCIAL MONEY IS BEING USED TO PUMP UP THE POLITICAL PARTIES WHICH COULD BE USED FOR SOCIAL WELFARES IF THE SOCIAL SYSTEM ALSO THERE TO WORK FOR THE PEOPLE. IF THE PEOPLE CONTINUOUSLY USE THEIR VOTING RIGHT TO ELECT THE PARTY LEADERS INSTEAD OF USING THE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT, TO FORM THE GOVERNMENT THEN THE PROBLEMS BECOME HUGE WHICH DIRECTLY INCREASE THE ECONOMIC DEPRESSION, SOCIAL DISUNITY, POVERTY, HUNGER, UNEMPOYMENT, CRIME, RACISM, COMMUNAL VOILENCE, WARS & TERRORISM. WHAT PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DEMOCRACY IS THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT IS THEIR FIRST RIGHT TO CONTROL THE GOVERNMENT DECISION MAKING POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS IN ALL LEVELS OF THE NATION. THE VOTING RIGHT IS THE SECOND RIGHT WHICH PEOPLE SHOULD USE WHEN THE TERM OF ANY GOVERNMENT COMES TO END. BUT THE PRESENT CONSTITUTIONS WORKING WITH THE SUPPORT OF ELECTION COMMISSION WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING THE ELECTIONS TO THE POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS. THIS ELECTION COMMISSION HAS GOT THE EXTRA RIGHTS TO REGISTER THE POLITICAL PARTIES & THEIR SYMBOLS FOR GENERAL ELECTIONS. THOSE WHO WROTE & ACCEPTED THE CONSTITUTION WITH THE INCLUSION OF THIS EXTRA RIGHT IS USING THE CONSTITUTION FOR PARTY PURPOSES & DISTRIBUTING THE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT TO THE WEALTHY CLASSES OF THE SOCIETY. IF PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE DEMOCRACY FOR COMMON PEOPLE’S CAUSE THEN THE SOCIAL MONEY WOULD BE USED BY THE SOCIETY WITH THE SOCIAL SYSTEM TO RPOVIDE MAXIMUM BENEFITS TO COMMON PEOPLE.

THE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT FOR PEOPLE IS NECESSARY  PEOPLE

SHOULD STAND WITH THE DEMAND OF REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT  PEOPLE SHOULD STAND WITH THE DEMAND OF PEOPLE’S COMMISSION  PEOPLE SHOULD STAND WITH THE DEMAND OF PEOPE’S CARD ELECTING PROCESS  People should take the dual responsibility of controlling the social system as well as the government institutions also.

POLITICAL PARTIES ARE NO ROLE IN DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT FORMING  TO MAKE DEMOCRACY TRULY WORK FOR THE

COMMON PEOPLE WITH SUCCESS  TO MAKE THE SOCIETY UNITED TO FIGHT WITH ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS  TO MAKE THE ADMINISTRATION WORK FOR COMMON PEOPLE  TO MAKE PEOPLE’S REAL LEADERSHIP ESTABLISH INTO POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS  IF THE CAPITALIST LOBBIES FUNDS, STOPED FOR PARTY ACTIVITIES, THEN HUGE MONEY WOULD BE ABLE TO TURN TOWARDS THE DIRECT SOCIAL NEEDS.

New democracy, new processes, new leadership is required to tackle the problems of the world with the new vision & aims The people’s job today is to free the democracy, free the constitution, free the society from party, group politics supported & funded by the big houses of businesses The people also know the importance of society & the social system to bring the socialism & capitalism The governments could not able to bring the socialism & capitalism for the benefits of the society. The socialism & the capitalism depends upon the social system to succeed

The government job is less but social system work area is spread all over

Today the world society have adopted the way of capitalist culture in every aspect of life. The education, transportation, health services, house building, agriculture, water, electricity supply and for other services people require money to pay. The taxes government collects indirect or direct would not be sufficient to provide better services to all people. The responsibility for society is felt very deeply when reports & surveys daily show up the cases of poverty, hunger deaths in various parts of the world. When reports shows about every fifth person living with $ 50 per day. The world require the change in the democratic set up of the government as well as the SOCIAL SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION NEEDS

The huge social money people earn part of that should be added into THE SOCIAL SYSTEM  





The whole social activity depends upon how we see the society and its importance to us in day to day life. If the world constitutions are not working impartially then the political right of representative would be always been control & distributed by the political parties funded by the wealthy business lobbies. The representative right utilization gives the idea whether the democracy is failing or getting any success. The voting right is people’s second important right to be utilize after the term of the political institutions finishes it’s term of governing. The political parties are democratically, morally & technically are no right to control, use or direct the constitutional rights behalf of people. The constitutions of the world today require to work for the people to directly provide the right of representation with the inclusion of the PEOPLE’S COMMISSION PROVISION IN THE CONSTITUTION.
