crema la pahar ingrediente: 6 oua, 6 linguri de zahar, � l de apa si o lingura de lapte praf, 2 lingurite de gelatina, 6 linguri de frisca, vanilie sau orice alta aroma pentru dulciuri mod de preparare: puneti apa la fiert, adaugati zaharul, aromele, apoi ouale batute si combinate cu lapte praf, gelatina, ce a fost dizolvata in prealabil in apa calda. omogenizati totul foarte bine cu telul si dupa primul clocot luati vasul la o parte. cind compozitia s-a racit, adaugati frisca batuta. puneti in cupe si asezati-le la rece. frisca o puteti inlocui cu smintina proaspata.
