Crema de piersici •500 g de piersici, 4 oua, 150 g de zahar, 1/2 pahar de vin, 2-3 foi de gelatina. •Se curata piersicile si se pun cu zaharul si vinul sa fiarba pana se obtine un piure gros. Se adauga gelatina dizolvata in apa calda si galbenusurile. Se da jos de pe foc si cand se raceste se adauga albusurile batuta spuma, se incorporeaza, se pune crema in cupe si se da la frigider.
